These juicers get the juice out of the fruit and vegetables by slowly crushing up produce you put into them.

You can get both horizontal and vertical-masticating juicers and this is good as if you want to say space on your countertop you can choose the vertical option.

Masticating juicers are designed so that they work well with any sort of product you put into them from hard vegetables to leafy greens they will successfully get most of the juice out of them.

Slow speed juicers will take longer to actually make your juice due to the slow speed but the benefit of this is a slow speed means that there is no heat generated which in turn means there is less oxidation and some people say oxidation will reduce the number of healthy nutrients in the juice that has produced.
